If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me so I can resolve the situation with you.

As all items will be tracked I will be able to prove delivery but if the item is lost I will refund and take the matter up with the postal service.
Paypal only. Please pay immediately after your purchase. Non-paying buyers will have their orders cancelled and appropriate feedback may be left.
Everyone: I always ship to the address you provide Etsy, not your paypal address. Please make sure the etsy address you enter at the time of purchase is correct. I generally ship within 5 business days.

US CUSTOMERS: I ship via USPS. Items are shipped either parcel post, first class, or priority at my discretion. Items over 15.00 are automatically insured. Items under 15.00 will have a delivery confirmation. Insured items will NOT have a tracking number. However if they arrived damaged (or not at all) you can claim the insurance on them by going to your nearest post office (in the case of damaged items it is your responsibility to take the item in along with the box and all packaging to receive your refund).

Most of the items that are sold here are vintage and that means used. Items may show signs of general wear or have small flaws. Small flaws may not be listed in the description. I do try to list any very noticeable flaws accurately. In the event that you receive an item that you are unhappy with please contact me before leaving feedback. I will do what I can to resolve any issues and I would love every transaction to end on a positive note for everyone involved.
