Frizzy Lou's

Frizzy Lou's was born when we were blessed to adopt a beautiful baby girl with a head full of gorgeous brown curls! I began to learn how to make bows and hair pretties for her and have been expanding on it ever since. I am a registered nurse turned stay at home mom....I am blessed to be able to stay at home with my three lovely children and still get to do fun things like crafting! All things sold in my shop are handcrafted by me in a smoke free home. We do have four legged family members, but they are not allowed near my crafting areas! :). Stop by and visit our shop....new pretties are added regularly, custom orders are always welcome too! Please contact me with any questions or special requests!

Welcome to Frizzy Lou's! Our items are handcrafted and unique. Please remember that colors may show differently on different computer monitors. We do our best to describe the item as best as possible, but if you need clarifications, please ask before purchasing. We are here to assist you...convo us anytime!

Returns and exchanges
Refunds are only given if the item arrives damaged or if we goofed on your order in some way. When the item is returned to us we will rectify the situation with either giving a refund or resending your order.
Payment
Payment is due within 24hours of purchase unless other arrangements are made. We accept payment through PayPal and credit cards through PayPal ( you do not have to have a Paypal account to do this) if you require a different payment method, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping
Unless item description says "ready to ship" our items are made to order and will ship in 5-7 business days ( often sooner! ) items will ship via USPS first class mail unless otherwise requested. If ordering multiple items, we will give you the option of shipping priority flat rate. We do not ship internationally at this time, but hope to add that option soon! We try to take care of our planet as much as possible, so our shipping and packing materials are often recycled ( ie: extra cardboard....we re use boxes, ect...) our packaging isn't always pretty....but it keeps prices down and protects our beautiful earth! :) if the item you have purchased is for a gift that is to be shipped directly to the recipient...let us know and we will package it up pretty and gift-worthy!
* international shipping has just recently been added ( sorry about the shipping costs! Yikes! We keep them at actual shipping costs plus our packaging supplies....but unfortunately rates have dramatically increased) at this time, we are unable to replace lost or damaged international packages. We will do everything in our power to make sure they arrive safely! ( ie, safe packaging, correct customs form etc...) thank you for understanding"
