14K / 18K Solid Gold Items – Production Time
Most orders require 7–10 business days for production.
Since every piece is individually handcrafted to order, production times may occasionally take a little longer depending on the complexity of the order or my workload. If there is any delay, I'll notify you by message.
For U.S. orders, I cover all applicable import duties and taxes (DDP), so you won't have any additional charges upon delivery.
For all other countries, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other charges according to your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
14K / 18K SOLID GOLD ITEMS – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each item is handcrafted and made to order, I can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part.
Please note that all natural gemstones and colored diamonds are unique and may vary slightly in color, size, cut, and appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects and cannot be accepted as a reason for a return or exchange.

To ensure safe and accurate packaging, the gift box packing process for every order is recorded by CCTV.

Cancellation
Cancellation is available within 2 hours of placing your order.
If you paid via PayPal, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover the PayPal processing fee.
Because each item is handcrafted and made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.
EU Important Notice
For Germany and France, VAT (IOSS) may be paid upon delivery (DDU).
If you would like to prepay VAT through IOSS, your order must be shipped via EMS Premium, and an additional shipping fee of USD $30 will apply.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT, customs duties, and other import-related charges. For Germany, an additional environmental compliance fee related to EPR/LUCID may also apply.
For Denmark, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Monaco, Greece, and Finland, VAT (IOSS) must be paid either in advance or upon delivery. Standard Shipping is not available to these countries, so all orders will be shipped via EMS Premium.
Shipping to the United States (DDP)
For all orders shipped to the United States, my shop ships under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that all applicable duties and taxes are prepaid before your order is shipped, so you won't be charged any additional import fees upon delivery.
Orders to the United States are shipped via Standard Shipping by default, and tracking is available on USPS.com.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–15 business days.
