My home-grown tropicals are raised the way nature intended in the green, subterranean southern US. I'm lucky to live in such a lush part of the country, where heirloom plant varieties are right outside my front door!

What is a "Preorder Strtr Plant?"
Abbreviated for "preorder starter plant," these are plants that I get in stock consistently but don't have in stock at the time. I allow customers to place a preorder so that they are the first in line to receive them even before they come back in stock on my website. I allow cancellations at any time.
What is your refund/warranty information?
I guarantee all plants to be healthy and pest free upon shipping; however, I cannot guarantee them to arrive alive when shipped with First Class. This is a cheaper option and usually plants arrive healthy, but there are no refunds or guarantees of this. In the instance that the plant(s) arrive dead with Priority (upgraded) shipping, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS. You will probably be expected to present the box and plant to the local post office for full refund (this is why I can't handle the filing process).
