Welcome!

Thanks for taking a peek at my shop. I do love custom orders in addition to the constantly-changing designs that flow from my fabric-addled head. Seriously, it's quite disturbing how much of my time is spent with fabric.

All items are made from natural fibers in a pet-free, smoke-free environment. All are washed in a dye-and-fragrance-free natural detergent, so they are ready to be used when they reach you!

Payment
I happily accept:

Paypal (which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and eChecks)

An existing Paypal account is not required to pay via this method. If you would like to pay with any major credit card, select Paypal as your method of payment in the Etsy checkout, click on the "Pay with Paypal" button, and follow the steps to pay with a credit card.

Payment is due within 48 hours.
Shipping
I will ship already-made items within 2-3 days of receiving payment. Most usually, your item will ship the next business day. For custom orders, I will ship within 15-30 days depending on the complexity of the item ordered and availability of fabric. I will be in close contact with you in regards to the status of your custom order.

I ship worldwide.

For orders within the U.S., I ship using USPS First Class for lighter/smaller items and Priority Mail for larger items (including baby quilts). These include Delivery Confirmation sent to your e-mail.

If you would like me to add insurance to an item please convo me. This option will be paid by the Buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will honor a refund/return only if the item purchased has been be accepted if the item has been grossly misrepresented or the wrong item has been sent.

I must receive notification within 3 days of the Buyer receiving the item in order to issue a refund. The refund will only be given for the purchase price of the item and will not include any shipping costs.

Custom items are non-returnable.
