I am very careful when creating jewellery and customer satisfaction is a priority; however do keep in mind that all items are handmade and some minor details may vary slightly.
Most of the items found in my shop are made with silver-plated or gold-plated findings and chain. Please, as the name suggests, they can fade over time (especially gold plated items), so handle these items with care. Do not soak jewellery in water, soap, or perfume

Payment
I only accept PayPal as a method for payment. PayPal is fast, safe, and easy to use. If you purchase an item, please ensure you are ready to pay for it and that you have a functioning PayPal account. Please do not place any orders if you are unwilling to pay for them. Please ensure that you process payment within 1 week of purchase, or else your order will be cancelled.
Shipping
I usually ship on the same day or the next day of payment receipt. Please note that I do not ship items before I receive full payment for them. I am very careful when it comes to packaging jewellery. I ship items by regular air mail (not registered) due to the high postage charges otherwise. However, if you would like to register your items, kindly purchase the registration option (which will cost you an extra 2 Euros). I will then provide you with a tracking number. Please note that I am not responsible for customs charges or taxes that your country may impose.
Please note: Delivery from Malta to European countries usually only takes a few days (5-7 days), delivery to the US takes a while longer (around 10-14 days) whilst delivery times to other countries varies.
I cannot be held responsible for items which do not arrive due to incorrect addresses supplied. Also, I do not refund lost packages. I have been delivering my jewellery to Europe for a number of years and I have rarely had problems with lost items. However, if you come from a country outside Europe, it may be safer to opt for registered mail.
