Hola! My goal here is to be as helpful as possible, although I do realize that sometimes I fail at this :D Please do not hesitate if you have questions. It never hurts to ask :)

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
Returns will be excepted as long as the items are in their original state, i.e. not worn, washed, damaged, etc... You will be responsible for all shipping charges and the parcel must be trackable. You will be refunded once the item is received in its original & undamaged condition. You will not be refunded for the original shipping charges.
You have 7 days after receiving an item to return it.
There will be a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping
All items are packaged securely and posted within 48hrs Monday - Friday upon receipt of payment. Occasionally paypal flags payments for further review. If this happens to you it will delay shipment by a day, and will only be shipped once payment has cleared.

Shipping will be via Canada Post or FedEx.

All items are sent surface, Canada & USA 6 - 12 business days. If you require air or express please convo me so I can give you a quote.
International airmail (for parcels) tends to be quite expensive. International surface can take up to 4-6 weeks, but also as little as 2 weeks and as long as 2 months.

Please be advised that I am not responsible for any customs or broker fees, taxes, duty, etc.

Air mail to the UK starts at $32. It usually takes about a week, so worth it if you want your stuff right away. Ask for it before you place you order if you want it, that will make it much easier!

Shipping may take longer during the holidays. I have no control over this. If your item(s) are crossing the border, it is always possible that it may get stuck in customs. I have no control over this either. Please be patient.
