Paper Jewelry

Paper has been my passion since I was a little girl at that time I thought I had 'invented' the paper beads (rolled up paper triangles)...imagine my disappointment when I discover that the art of paper beads was already renowned during the Victorian era!! Anyway this didn't stop me from filling up my parents house with paper triangles everywhere until one day my sister come up to me and gave me some quilling paper (straight strips of paper) telling me: 'Please can you do something new with paper, I cannot take these paper beads any longer!'
After some time and numerous attempts on new shapes and directions I found that weaving those strips of paper was the way to go. From that day on I started weaving and I have yet to stop!!
I discover that there are so many shapes that can be achieved by repeating over and over the same movement, and that design possibilities are virtually unlimited. This is at the same time fun and challenging.

...this pretty much sums up very briefly the beginning of my history with paper.

Returns and exchanges
►EXCHANGES

are available for most items. Exchanges on earrings will be charged a 15% restocking fee (earwires will have to be replaced). You must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it. The item must be received by me within 10 days of your having received the order.
Exchanges are not accepted for lost items, unless during shipping

►RETURNS

I currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit
Payment
I require payment within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If you for some reason cannot make payment within 24 hours, please contact me.

►PAYMENT METHODS

-PAYPAL
-PERSONAL CHECK depending on the circumstances
-CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a Paypal account

►All orders shipped to New York State will be charged 8% sales tax.Orders sent to all other states will not be charged Sales Tax.
Shipping
I ship nearly every day, excluding weekends and holidays, via USPS.

►SHIPPING DOMESTIC

Orders will be shipped First Class USPS within two business days after receipt your payment on pre-made work. You should receive your order within 2-15 business days later. Custom orders or cxx will need at least two weeks 'making time'. An e-mail with a tracking number will be sent with you. If you are in hurry, convo me we can work something out that suites your needs!

►SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

Orders will be shipped First Class Mail International (8-15 business days) within two business days after receipt your payment. Unfortunately this option does not allow tracking or insurance. If you would like tracking or insurance on your order contact me and I will send your package by Global Express Mail, which will cost an extra $20.00 (3-6 business days).
The cost for the international shipping (25$) is just an estimate. After the actual shipping, I'll reimburse the extra expense by PayPal
Additional policies and FAQs
►PAPER JEWELRY CARE

Each piece is coated by a moisture-resistant sealant to protect it from rain and skin moisture and to avoid paper from tearing. None of my pieces are water-proof though.

If a piece happen to get soaking wet, let it dry for few days lying flat and it should return to its original status.

Please, remove them before swimming, doing the dishes or having a shower!

►RECYCLED PAPER JEWELRY

Please note that most of my pieces made with recycled paper the paper patterns can slightly vary from the listed photos.

When a listing is not for a specific color you need to contact me within 48hr to choose a color scheme otherwise I'll pick one for you
