Welcome to Fruits of the Bloom: Our mission is to please you with exceptional handmade quality, artistic ability, and excellent customer service.

Here are some reasons why FruitsOFtheBLooM is the best choice for your accessories:

-We never add fabric stiffeners to our hair bows! Fabric stiffeners attract dirt and dust, and are the mark of a bow that has not been properly hand folded and sewn. Our bows achieve their appearance through years of practiced hand folding and sewing techniques which assures you the best quality bow!

You cannot wash a bow that uses fabric stiffeners, despite their propensity to attract grime! If you wash a bow that uses stiffeners you will have a flat bow! Our bows can be hand washed in cold and laid flat to dry in many cases depending on their embellishment.

-Your accessory purchase will come with specific care instructions including instructions on how to restore fluff to bow loops that have been crushed. Our accessories are meant to last a childhood and be passed down to the next generation.

-I have been making bows for hair, bridal and wedding accessories, decorative bows for weddings and events, corsages, and boutonnieres for over 16 years. In this time I have pleased many clients with custom orders. It's true what they say, "Practice makes perfect."

-I use industrial glues and/or hand sewing to adhere bows to hair hardware. Many use only hot glue, over time hot glue can deteriorate or become detached due to heat or humidity. Industrial glues and hand sewing stand the test of time.

-Where possible I offer you maximum customization in pre-made bows by allowing you to pick your own hair clip! I have many options in stock, if you want a clip that is not listed in the shop listing, just ask!

- I am very friendly, if you have any questions at any time...just contact me and I'll respond! Our items are unique, but we often have additional materials, just ask if you would like a duplicate of an item you see in the shop or perhaps a different color. ;o)

-We're proud to offer custom pieces, and will aim to match your clothing items to our best ability. Convo us about custom work!

USA: If you are unsatisfied with your product from Fruits of the Bloom, I will gladly refund your money including the original shipping charge when I receive my product from your return shipment. I extend this refund only if the product has been returned to me in NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN condition! In order to take advantage of our guarantee you MUST convo, email, or call me within 7 days of receipt of your order.

International: Because of the expense of shipping overseas and the low cost of our items, all international sales will not be cash refunds. Instead of a cash refund we will issue a store credit (including overseas shipping). Our number one goal is making you happy, and we will make every effort to make that happen! ;o) Thanks for your understanding!

Because of our guarantee, we hope there will be no reason for negative feedback--we are serious about your satisfaction with our products, and we stand behind our work! Feel free to convo me at any time!!! I am positive you'll see the love and diligence we put into each item we make for you!

I pack my items with care. If your item is damaged in a shipment please know that due to the unique materials used I cannot always guarantee an exact duplicate of your item. I will do my best to replace your damaged item with something very close to the original purchase.

What can you do about damage in shipping? Convo me, if I am able to match or closely match your item, I will require you to ship the damaged item back to me. Upon receipt of your damaged item, I will ship your duplicate (or as close of a match as I am able) to you. ;o)

Having trouble making a payment?

If you plan to pay by check, please let me know in the "message to seller" field. If I have not heard from you via message to seller, I will attempt to reach you in both conversation in Etsy, and your email account listed on the invoice. If you do not respond to my attempts to contact you, and no payment is received within 72 hours of sale, I will be forced to cancel the sale.

If you pay by personal check shipment of your product will have to be delayed until your check has cleared my bank. Thanks for your understanding! ;o)
Shipping prices reflect the quality and care of how we pack our items for you! We want you to receive a pristine condition accessory, so we stuff each loop with packing--they arrive fluffy, never flat! Our larger bows are always shipped in boxes. We waterproof all our items by packing them in plastic bags and include a bow card cover so it's pretty enough to gift! Smaller items like our ruffle bows, all of our bridal lines (orchids etc.), and hair jewelry arrive in jewelry boxes wrapped in ribbons and slipped into a bubble mailer.

Extra time and care is given to the shipping of your items so that you receive them in the same condition as they left our studio--no matter their treatment during shipping! Because of our perfectionism, our packages tend to weigh a bit more. We want you to feel like you're getting a gift in the mail, and to be proud to give our items as a gift.

Generally, your order ships USPS First Class Mail. Depending on your region of the USA, First Class Mail delivers in 3 to 5 days after being shipped. Outside of the USA delivery times vary. Contact me for an estimate for your geographic location.

If you wish to purchase multiple items, convo me and I'll make you a special listing with your exact shipping included!

I will ship internationally! Feel free to contact me for the most up-to-date shipping charge for your area. Currently, I ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

If you need a RUSH item, please convo me, I will do my best to expedite your order. Please be aware that overnight or rush shipments will reflect a higher shipping charge, and I cannot process your rush order until payment has cleared (including payment for overnight/rush shipping).
