We cannot be held responsible for gross damages that happen during shipping (such as if your neighbors dog grabs the box from your front porch and chews it up).
We are not liable of a package is delayed or lost caused by the shipper (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). We cannot be responsible for or offer a refund for a package that is missing but the shipper shows as delivered.
