Payment
As a general policy, payment is due immediately, due to the fact that a lot of my items are in limited quantities. But if you contact me, with the intent to buy, I will allow up to 2 days for your payment, otherwise, the item will go back to inventory. If for some reason you cannot meet this deadline, please contact me BEFORE purchasing. Also, sales tax is added to California residents.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please contact me immediately if you need to cancel your order and get a refund. Unfortunately, cancellations and refunds are only issued prior to shipment.
Shipping
Items usually ship within 1-2 days of confirmed and received payment (except weekends and holidays or times of high sales volume). Domestic orders are shipped through PayPal and an automatically generated email will be sent to your PayPal account email address with delivery and tracking information. For international orders, please check the status of your order by signing in to your Etsy account and going to Your Etsy > Purchases.

I ship USPS First-Class Mail, domestic and international. Shipping generally takes 3-5 days within the U.S., and 5-30 days internationally, depending on your country of residence and pertaining customs securities. Non-U.S. residents are responsible for their country's applicable custom fees and charges.

Package insurance and expedited shipment is available per your request, additional charges do apply. If you're interested, contact me so I can send you an updated invoice.

IMPORTANT!!
In the event that your Etsy invoice shipping address is different from your PayPal shipping address, and you had not entered specific shipping directions, I will go ahead and ship to the address in your ETSY transaction.

Please let me know if your purchase is a gift so a receipt will not be included.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for some reason you are not and would like to return or exchange your item, please contact me immediately. The original item must be postmarked and sent back to me within five days after you received your package. Please ensure that packaging is adequate. Shipping costs are not refunded.

DAMAGED ITEM(S):

I make my jewelry carefully and with attention to detail, and I take care to ensure that they are packaged well to avoid damages. Should you receive your jewelry damaged or broken, please contact me for a resolution [in your message, please include pictures of the packaging (as received) and the item that clearly shows the damage].

Lost items are not replaced unless you specifically ask for insurance (available at an additional cost).

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ADJUSTMENTS!

I make sure to provide lengths of bracelets and necklaces as accurately as I can. And I do respond to convos and messages quickly to address any questions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item will fit well and to contact me for necessary adjustments prior to shipment. Should you need to have your item adjusted, please contact me for shipping and repackaging instructions. I might charge a small fee for length adjustments, depending on the material, but it is the buyer's responsibility to cover return shipping and in most cases, the re-shipping of the item(s).
Additional policies and FAQs
PROMOTION CODES/MESSAGE TO SELLER/SPECIAL OFFERS:

I normally run special promotions and do participate in Etsy wide sales and deals. These require you to leave a note to me when purchasing, indicating the promo code. Some promotions, like the Weekend Deals, are generally known and I do honor them whether or not a promo code was included in the message to seller. However, other promotions and specials would REQUIRE the promo code, or refunds/discounts will not be applied. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure you include your code when purchasing. But if you happen to forget and remember after paying--just convo/contact me!! =)

QUALIFYING FOR DISCOUNTS AND REFUNDS:

In addition to the policies mentioned above, please note that in order to receive the current promotional discount, your purchase must be paid in full during the time the promotion is active. Unpaid orders beyond the promotion time will not qualify for the discount or refund.

AS A SPECIAL SERVICE:

To my buyers, in order to keep your costs down and reasonable, I use mostly plated metal. I understand about allergies and sensitivities so prior to shipment, at your request, the parts of your jewelry that will touch your skin can be coated with "Allergy Jewelry Shield (TM)". It is completely safe, nontoxic and designed only to shield sensitive skin. Please let me know, when purchasing, if you want this service.

I do offer upgrades to sterling silver and gold-filled earring hooks and findings. Contact me if you're interested.

SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS:

Before agreeing to a special/custom order, I will let you know of the price of the proposed item(s).

Please be aware that some special/custom orders will require a deposit (usually 25% of total order) which I will bill you through PayPal. I will send you a picture of your request when it's completed, if you agree and wish to go ahead with the purchase, the balance will then be due immediately.
