Returns and exchanges
Stellar customer service is #1 at FULTON & CO. I deal with each customer and situation individually and it has worked really well. If a problem is encountered such as a lost package, broken item, dissatisfaction with an item, etc. please send me a message and I will respond quickly and do my best to accommodate your needs.

I do not offer refunds on items since I do not stock a lot of items and make almost everything upon request. However, if you would like to return your item and exchange it for something else or put the cost towards store credit, that is completely fine.
Free free to pay on my site with direct check-out or Paypal. If you live in Los Angeles or are passing through and would like to save on shipping and pick up the item(s) directly from my studio, just let me know. I always love meeting my customers in person!!
Everything I make is one-of-a-kind or in small batches and so the shipping time-frame is generally between 1-4 weeks. I try to ship as quickly as possible but the time-frame is dependent upon the kiln firing schedule. If you need something quickly, feel free to send me a message and I will do my best to meet your needs.

If something breaks during shipping, which is rare because everything is packed really well, just let me know and I will be sure to get your item(s) replaced.

For domestic shipping I send every package with tracking. Upon shipment, you will receive a note + tracking number.

Regular first class International shipping does not include tracking numbers (except Canada). If you would like to pay for the extra shipping in order to receive a tracking #, just let me know and I will accommodate.
