We hope you love your Fun Fun Art product but just in case you don't, we stand behind our products and their value. You can return it within 60 days of purchase at your own shipping cost and we'll give a full refund, credit, or exchange, whichever you prefer. We want you to be satisfied. If it's something that needs fixing such as a bracelet that's too loose, we can do that too. Again, just email us at funfunart3 (at) yahoo (dot) com to initiate the process of bringing you to the point of satisfied customer!

We accept credit cards through Paypal (working with Paypal is a breeze!) and also take money orders. In the case of money order, you'll receive an invoice immediately detailing the order and the amount due. However, you may also send the money order as it is indicated on the final payment screen to save time. It's up to you. We do not take checks because of the added delay in clearing the check before you get your goodies! We ship within 2 days after payment is complete, i.e., paypal is complete or we have received the money order. If Paypal does not go through, the transaction is cancelled.

We ship primarily USPS priority or first class mail. If you need an order expedited, please note this in the message to seller box during the checkout process and the form of shipping you prefer--example, express, 1-day, 2-day, etc. and we'll do it (!)--reflecting the change in shipping fees of course. If you desire any specialty shipping services such as insurance, certified mail, etc., please note this as well and it shall be done! For our international customers, please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Our goal is to ship each order out within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. If this changes, it will be noted here. Original Digital Art Prints and Handbags will require at least 2 weeks as they are made to order. Each shipping estimate includes a handling fee of $2.00. (excludes Original Digital Art Prints) This is to cover the cost of fulfilling your order: putting your items together safely into a container and into the mail. We use recycled boxes and envelopes whenever possible. This is one of our eco-friendly gestures, but if you prefer brand new shipping supplies, just let us know. If shipping is dramatically different that what was estimated, you'll receive a refund with your purchase. Of course, shipping of multiple items shipped together cost less per item but a bit more overall than just one item. You'll receive a confirmation of your order inside the box.

Our goal is to take great care in packaging items so they don't break or come damaged in any way, however please understand we have no control once they leave here. If you are unhappy for any reason, howewver, please email us at funfunart3 (at) yahoo (dot) com [we have to spell the address out to avoid spammers!] and we will see what we can do, dealing with each case individually. Afterall, policies are just rules, and I, Kim, have been heard to say "rules are meant to be broken!" Our goal is always a happy customer!

On several items, we feature special pricing, for example, an individual price of 1 for $6 and a discounted 3 for $15 price or better. Etsy's system doesn't have the means to do this specifically, so when we do that, it will be highlighted in the item's description and the refund will be processed through Paypal--with the same method you paid. Same with shipping. If we can save a dollar, we pass it on to YOU!

Handmade items: Remember each piece is created by hand and therefore one of a kind. We think that's the beauty of each product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photographs. Because they're originals, sometimes we're unable to reproduce a piece exactly so when we're sold out, that's it. Many items, however can be recreated and we'll do that whenever possible and desired.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We love doing custom orders! If you see something you like but have an idea for something a little different, we'll try and do it for you. Just email us at funfunart3 (at) yahoo (dot) com and explain your idea a bit and we'll go from there. This could be for cards (say a card set), ornaments(sets, more of this Santa or paper), books (just like X but with a different theme), and sculptures.
