If you are curious about the name, it comes from our love of "food with faces" (-it's never not funny when you add human characteristics to food!)And because at Funky Egg we do a little of everything (clothes, jewelry, photography, home decor, etc.)so we needed a name that didn't "limit" us! You never know what you will find here and **we add new things all the time** so check back often and make sure to browse all the sections in the store-you will be glad you did! If you don't see what you are looking for, or would like more of a certain item (party/bridal favors, etc.) just convo us and we will work out a deal to suit your needs!

We ship to the address on the ETSY INVOICE. We obviously know enough about U.S. addresses to know if a street or zip code is missing, but we cant be held accountable if an apartment or house number is wrong or missing. FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: it is ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT that you DOUBLE CHECK your address as we are not very familiar with how various countries do their addresses and so, would not know if it "looks" wrong. I will ship US postal the cheapest way possible unless otherwise requested. With the cost of postage continually rising, I may occasionally under-estimate the cost to ship; in the event the shipping is considerably different, I will contact you first to ask how you would like the transaction to be handled. Occasionally, it may look as though I over-charged on shipping, but PLEASE KNOW that when I set my prices, I also try to take into account the cost of delivery confirmation (purchased for EVERY order so that you have a tracking number to refer to) as well as bubble wrap, mailers, and all other precautions I take in wrapping your item to assure a safe-and-sound delivery. I will never attempt to "make money" off the shipping prices, and if you feel there has been a gross error in my calculations, PLEASE CONVO me!

Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is truly defective/and or broken, contact me within 5 business days and a substitution will be sent out once the defective item has been received on my end. If a substitution is not available and you would not like to choose a similar item from our stock, a refund will be given.All refunds are on a case-by-case basis and the shipping is always the buyers responsibility.
