PLEASE NOTE . Once your order leaves my hands and is in care of the spanish Postal Service ( Correos ), I have no control of it.
-> If you buy more than one item from my store, Etsy will automatically only charge you for one shipping, this makes shipping for all other pieces free.
Don't forget to double check your listed shipping address. If your Paypal and Etsy address do not match I will ship your purchases to your Etsy invoice address as the default, provided at the time of purchase, unless you let me know otherwise.
If you would like your purchase shipped to a third party, please edit your shipping address! Paypal will not protect your purchase if it goes missing if you give me the new address in the "note of seller".
International customers are responsible for any /or all custom fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries, should be assessed. For any additional information please refer to you local customs agency.
Please note that customs may delay packages, this not happen often but it can happen.
Shipments to Spain usually takes from 2-3 days to arrive to destination, Shipment to EU countries takes around 1 week. Shipments to other countries not within the EU ( Asia/ America / Europe non EU/ Australia / Middle East... ) takes 2 weeks.

Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos if its a customizable order. Your computer /mobile/ etc... monitor/ screen may also have slight color variances compared to the actual item or even my screen. Colors may not be exact!
-> If your purchase requires customization work, please allow me 2-3 weeks for special personalized orders. If it is going to take longer ( large orders/ upcoming events, etc... ) I will be sure to contact you and let you know.
->If your purchase is ENTIRELY custom ( not created yet, completely new item) , please refer to each individual item's time estimation for creation. Progress shots will be sent by request.
