Located in the small town of Nanton, in southern Alberta about an hour from Calgary. A quaint place known for it's antique stores,most likely the reason I was drawn here as that is my second passion.
I have a need to create and consider myself one of the lucky ones as I have been able to do this in one form or another for most of my life.
My jewelry making passion blossomed about 10 years ago sitting at the dining room table with a friend and has obsessed me ever since.After my first pair of earrings I was hooked and a new business was born..Who knew.. eight years later, that my passion for this artistic medium would still be going strong,many designs and styles later.
My daughter came up with my business name and I thank her,as it fits me really well.
I love it and the fact that it usually gets a comment from most people.
My designs are often inspired by my many interests,magical and mythical fairy tales, my love of old things or my efforts towards recycling on this planet, my appreciation for nature and natural stones that come from this beautiful place called earth or wanting to have my own pet dragon!

Due to the nature of the items I sell shipping fees will vary depending on size of item and place of delivery.

Exchanges for store credit are considered on an individual basis.
All exchanges must be promptly shipped back *with full insurance & tracking number* in new, unworn/unused condition, with all of the original packaging material .
All shipping fees to return the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except in the case where an item would have a craftsmanship defect.
Earrings and Custom orders are EXCLUDED from the refund and exchange policy and are considered a final sale.
If you find that adjustments are required for a better fit (eg. length of necklace or bracelet) then I would be happy to adjust the piece where possible, with shipping and insurance paid by the customer both ways.
Vintage Merchandise Refunds & Exchanges
I consider vintage merchandise as a final sale item
I will only refund or exchange items that have been grossly misrepresented or inaccurately measured.
I take great care to accurately describe each item but I am human
Thankfully, I've yet to have a customer dissatisfied with the jewelry, Postal service non delivery is rare and I supply proof of shipping to my customer and Etsy should an issue arise I'm happy to try and resolve it.
If notified after a reasonable shipping time frame I'll do my best to accommodate you and in certain circumstances, a refund minus S&H may be available. With that said, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact me before returning an item and the buyer will incur all additional shipping and handling fees.
-VINTAGE items are pre-owned and sometimes have minor imperfections. All flaws that I notice are mentioned in the descriptions. If I notice a defect or flaw I will mention it because I want you to be aware of it.
If you are looking for a flawless item then vintage may not be for you.
I accept PayPal, it is my preferred choice, a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards and debit cards without having to sign up for PayPal.
You can use a credit card through the PayPal interface as a guest without creating a PayPal account. I also accept payment through Etsy direct debit.
Payment is due at time of purchase unless you have made other arrangements with me. Otherwise the item will be returned to inventory after two days and sale will be cancelled.
International orders must CONTACT ME to confirm if delivery is possible.
Once payment has cleared your items will be shipped within 2-3 business days and typically I try for same or next day
**Complete current shipping address and a daily checked Email address are required...
mostly for reasons to due with shipping addresses.
**Please check your invoice and make sure that the address you have listed is your correct current shipping address"
I ship by Canada Postal Service - generally light packet air to keep costs as low as possible. Shipping charges are estimated as accurately as possible given the many locations.
** Canada post raised shipping prices yet again this year 2018. Less expensive surface shipping is no longer available to the USA .
Generally if your item is 2 cm and under (including envelope) and 0.500 g and under it can go small packet anywhere from $5.00 to $10.00 dependent on weight.
There is no insurance or tracking number with this category so if you require either one of those, I can send your items via Express post for a fee of approximately $22.00 and up.
-Please just convo me at time of purchase if you require faster shipping, insurance or tracking and we will work out the details.
**Most items arrive in a timely manner through the postal service but once they leave my hands I cannot be held responsible if they are delayed at customs or for any other reason or lost in the mail. **
** If you require your order by a certain date please let me know before or at time of purchase as I can often let you know if there might be time frame issues with arriving on time...having said that there's always a risk of delays due to the customs processes in any country.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
• 2-3 days for processing of order *generally next day if Mon-Fri* excluding Postal holiday weekends
• Canada Post shipping is estimated 8-15 business days for delivery, no tracking number included generally not counting Sat and Sunday. This excludes Holiday shipping times...best to just order early..

-BUYING MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you intend to purchase multiple items prior to purchasing them please convo me your address and which items you wish to purchase so I can accurately calculate combined shipping.
-CUSTOMS,TAXES,DUTY & COUNTRY SPECIFIC FEES
I do not collect taxes, duty, customs fees or any other fees associated with delivery to your destination.
Please be aware that these potential fees are entirely your responsibility and I will accept no returns as a result of any of these potential fees.
-SHIPPING & YOUR ADDRESS
Please ensure all of your Paypal & Etsy contact and shipping information match
and is correct prior to payment or your parcel will be delayed.
I ship according to the address on the ETSY receipt.
If your Etsy and Paypal address do not match I will make every effort to contact you.
** If I do not receive a reply within 3 business days regarding your address, I WILL CANCEL THE SALE AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.
I feel it is prudent to be SURE of the address rather than having the item shipped and lost. You may then repurchase the item after the address is confirmed.
**IMPORTANT** If you use PayPal as a form of payment and your ship address is different than your account address PayPal will not insure the item so I require a tracking number or signature which is an additional cost through Canada Post and
will require you to pay it before shipping.
ETSY'S POLICY: "Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for incorrect shipping address submissions. The buyer must provide correct addresses in both their Etsy and PayPal accounts at the time of checkout."
DAMAGED or LOST ITEMS
Etsy's Policy: "Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or customs problems. The buyer and seller are urged to file a postal claim in the event of a postal failure."
For damaged or lost in transportation items: In the event of an insurance claim to Canada Post they require photos of the damage and original packaging, so I will be requesting that from you. They will also require forms to be filled out.
Lost shipments (after 21 business days in North America and 75 days Internationally as per Canada Post claim requirements) will be refunded if the delivery confirmation was not verified.
Damaged or lost item refunds will be processed as soon as the paperwork and images are submitted, the documentation accepted by Canada Post and a decision made on the claim.
If a buyer is unwilling to provide documentation or images to support a postal claim, Canada Post will typically decline a refund and close the case.
If for ANY reason a claim is opened, I will provide the buyer with a case number and the Canada Post contact information. They can verify that the postal claim is indeed opened and in progress.
Refund will be purchase price minus the shipping and insurance. Return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility, and all items must be new and unused and in the original packaging.

If you purchase one please be advised that I do not guarantee the life of the battery.
I will reserve items for future purchase, but due to the fact that I handcraft my items quantities are limited, my maximum reserve time is 5 days.
Payment will be expected at that time or the item will go up for sale again.
I recycle boxes and packaging materials whenever I can, by doing so I can pass the savings on to you by charging only the actual shipping.
If you require an item gift wrapped please CONTACT ME and also include a note to seller when paying.
I’m always open to suggestions and questions, so please feel free to convo me.
I can also provide additional photos of an item if required.
I would love for you to leave me a feedback once you received your package, this would let me know that you got your item in satisfactory condition.
If you are unhappy with the transaction, please inform me of the problem and give me an opportunity to help resolve it before leaving a negative feedback.
In addition, if you purchased an item and didn’t pay please be warned that I may leave a neutral or negative feedback if you don’t make any attempt to contact me.
