•I only accept Paypal at this time, it is the easiest and safest form of payment for me and you!

•Payment must be made within seven business days of your purchase. Items not paid for in those seven days will be relisted. The only exceptions are if we’re still communicating or you have a custom order.

•If you're new to Etsy, here's a guide to purchasing:
•Everything is shipped via USPS and I ship Monday through Friday, usually only a day or two after the item is purchased. I really try to get the item shipped as quickly as I can (circumstances allowing). Except weekends, of course, because weekends are my down time, or party time, whichever's happening haha!

•INTERNATIONAL: If you’re ordering from way far away, then your item will take a much longer time to get to you! Usually it takes several weeks. Patience is a virtue! ^_^

•I recycle packaging as much as possible! Usually it’s from my own Etsy purchases; talk about recycling!

•To help save trees and keep this earth Green, I will NOT be including a paper invoice with your shipment. You can still see it on your Etsy Purchases page and if you still would like a paper copy for your records just let me know and I'll send it over. Thank you!
Refunds and Exchanges
•I really want you to be happy with your purchase, so please let me know if there is a problem of any kind! I believe there’s a solution for everything, but the only way to solve anything is through communication. Don’t be shy, I don’t bite.

•I usually do have more than one specific item and it can easily be exchanged. As long as you pay for shipping to me, I will pay for the shipping of the new item to you. Once the item is received I will ship out the exchanged item.

•If you really truly didn’t get your item (somehow got lost in the mail or something) let me know about it! If it isn’t a one of a kind item I can usually ship out another like it. But please allow a few weeks before flipping out and demanding another whatever-it-is! Sometimes it’s just the mail people being slow. =P
Additional policies and FAQs
•All items come from a SMOKE FREE HOME!

•I do have a few pets around. However, I make sure my items are well protected against their fur and dander and I clean them before sending them out. (This, however, doesn’t guarantee that they are perfectly clear of cat fur. That stuff just seems to get -everywhere- and over everything at the worst possible times! But I will do my best!)

•CUSTOM ORDERS are very welcome! If you see something you like but want it in a different color, material or style or you want something totally unique please let me know!

•RESERVED items will only stay reserved for up to seven days! If you haven’t purchased the item within one week it will be un-reserved and put back up for sale to the rest of mankind.

•I love seeing my items being worn/used by those who have bought them! If you have the time please snap a pic of you wearing/using it and share it with me, it would make my day!
