Payment is due before the actual printing. Due to the personalized nature of this service, no refunds will be issued once printing has started. Therefore, please be extra careful when giving us the ok for the artwork!

Shipping

Shipping will be carried out either by a courier or Priority Mail.

* Please make sure you provide a correct and full delivery address.
* Your order will be sent within 2 - 3 weeks after we have received your ok for the proof (in case of business cards, invitations etc).
* Usually it takes between 5 - 21 days for an order to reach the destination, but some delays can occur due to customs. Please note that buyers are responsible for any custom charges.
*Please let us know if you'd like to add insurance on the delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged international order.
