Welcome to my store! Each item is one of a kind. If you have specific requests, please feel free to contact me.

Most jewelry items are shipped in gift quality boxes with cotton batting to protect them.

Free gift wrapping is offered on some items and a small gift card as well. A personalized message can be added to the card. I can be reached via email or convo in order to convey the message you would like written on the card.

If a gift is being sent to an alternate address (not yours as purchaser), please use that address as the SHIP TO address. Please email me or convo me ahead of time to let me know what you plan to do, so that I will have your item gift wrapped and messaged properly. This is a free service and requires communication. I cannot be responisble for assumptions made without communicating with me before hand.

Payment:

I accept Paypal, domestic checks and money orders made out to Elegant Gifts n Goodies. Extra time is required for checks & money orders to clear prior to shipping.

Shipping:
International Shipping: I offer $4.95 international shipping on some items. Please note that the US Postal Service states that the shipping time various at this price. There is NO estimated ship time, so shipments at this price will take longer then more expensive shipping. I offer a $13.95 alternative for my international customers with an estimate of 6 -10 business days by the US postal service. If you would rather pay the $13.95 shipping price, please convo me prior to ordering.

Purchases will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Please allow extra time for domestic checks & money orders to clear.

Shipping will be made by USPS - Priority mail or First Class mail with a tracking number and delivery confirmation for US addresses, according to size of package. I will email you with the tracking number.

If you require express delivery, insurance, or any other form of shipping, please contact me in advance so that I can advise you of the cost difference, which will be the buyer's responsibility.

If you are purchasing more then 1 item, I will combine shipping fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged goods:
My goal is that your shopping experience is enjoyable and that all enexpected situations are handled responsibly. In order to facilitate that goal, please contact me on the day of delivery if merchandise is delivered damaged. Describe damages and keep packaging as it was delivered. A quick photo added to the email goes a long way toward explaining damages. A return of merchandise and full refund of purchase price will be organised via email.

Custom Jewelry Policies:

Payment - Jewelry item must be paid in full at the time of order.

Convo / Email: Through our conversations and emails we will decide how I can best serve your needs. ie: In regards to Pandora-stlyle bracelets - which charms to look for, what color beads you prefer, and possible ideas for metal spacer beads. The more communication the better.

Time Frame: I give myself 2 to 4 weeks to complete the bracelet. This is due to the necessary research it takes finding the right charms from the right suppliers, ordering, & getting an efficient delivery date. I continually update customers with progress reports, letting them know where I am in the process and if there's a hold-up (Ex: waiting on a shipment) I let the customer know what is going on at the time.
If a certain charm is proving especially difficult to find, I may contact the client for an optional idea. It's always a good idea to have a couple of back-up ideas to go with, in case we run into difficultly finding the right charm for a first choice concept.
Shipping: I will email the client when the custom order is completed and shipped. All other shipping policies are the same as my regular shipping policies stated above.
