Custom and personalized orders
Yes! We offer a FREE personalised service on all of our 2 filter (non sale) masks. Simply place your order and then drop me a message with either your chosen text or high resolution photo.

Customizing our designs into other ideas
Yes! As we make our masks by hand, if you see a fabric design you like and would like to turn it into (say) a canvas wall hanging, duvet/ pillow case set, headscarf, shower curtain etc, just let me know and I will contact my tailors for a customized quote for you.
Sizing details
2 filter masks - 7.9in x 5.9in (20cm x 15cm). We can also make these in a smaller size, which measures 6.9in x 5.1in. (18 cm x 13 cm)
7 filter masks - 7.0in x 5.1in (18cm x 13cm).
Non-filter masks - 7.4in x 4.9in (19cm x 12cm).
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link to your email address once your order has cleared exit customs and been loaded to air freight. This is generally 2 - 7 working days following despatch. If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam folder. I can always resend it to you.
If you receive an error message when you try to track, this could indicate a syncing issue. Please contact me and I will gladly assist you. It may simply be that your tracking number needs to be manually synced to the system.
Please note that I cannot provide refunds for international orders which are not delivered due to the customer's failure to collect from the post office. Please therefore regularly check your tracking.
Is a face mask considered an 'Intimate Item'?
Yes. For hygiene reasons I cannot accept a return of a face mask. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order however, I will of course do my best to address this for you upon receipt of photos clearly showing the issue.
The tracking has not updated for some time
Please note that as we use the international postal networks (and not private couriers) the tracking will only update when a material event occurs, such as arrival in domestic import customs, transfer to local sorting office, out for delivery etc. Otherwise, the tracking will simply say, 'in transit'. Please do therefore be patient in the meantime and allow the delivery duration stated by Etsy at the time you placed your order.
