About Futo
Futo Manufacturing is a Canadian based shop with a group of wood enthusiasts who specialize in making high end smoke and vape products. We have a dedicated 4000 sq ft shop built in a scenic aspen forest in the Manitoba countryside. We stock all kinds of exotic woods and make everything here from scratch, starting with milling and our cnc machines to create fine and perfect interior details, then careful and skilled hand sanding, right to packing and shipping your order. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes we do if your order is in new and unused condition. We like to make sure you're completely satisfied with your order, so if you have any questions or concerns just contact us and we'll help you out.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all of our orders with Canada Post, so if you're in Canada you'll usually receive it within a week. For our US customers you'll receive it by USPS and the regular shipping time for our basic options are 1-2 weeks. If you spend more than $50 we'll always upgrade you shipping to Tracked Packet which means you'll get a USPS tracking number. For smaller orders we use USPS Small Packet which doesn't have tracking but still arrives in the same amount of time 1-2 weeks. *Note with Covid 19 there can be unexpected delays everywhere with mail. We have found that all of our customers do receiving their packages on usually on time, but for this year you definitely want to expect the post office may need extra delivery time.
