Payment
We accept payment through out etsy store via paypal or credit card. We don't accept checks, money orders, or cash.
Shipping
We try our very best to ship your item within 48 hours of purchase and we only ship to the address in your paypal checkout. The post office has been taking a few weeks to deliver some first class mail parcels, so please request expedited shipping if you need it sooner. All items shipped first class mail outside of the U.S. so it may take 1-6 weeks to arrive. If you have failed to provide the correct address or did not inform us of a new shipping address within an hour or purchase, we will not send out another item or offer a refund. We are not responsible for lost mail or delays in the post office and will not offer refunds for these items. We highly recommend that you insure your package so please contact me right after purchase and we can take care of that for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are more than happy to do a refund if 1. the buyer sends the item back within a week of purchase, 2. the item is in unused and perfect condition with all feathers attached, 3. no negative feedback has been left. We only refund the cost of the item - not the shipping. if you did not pay for shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. If you bought an item and the address provided was not able to be delivered to and it is returned to us, we will do a refund of the item and not the shipping. We are not responsible for lost mail due to the post offices error. Once you get an email from your paypal account that we have shipped your item - we are no longer responsible for where your item is. Please refer to your tracking or delivery confirmation number and contact your post office for any shipping issues you may have.
