As the business grew, handmade clothing and gifts for dogs became the items in demand. It all began with a little dream...........

Teresa has been sewing and crafting since her childhood. She was fortunate to have a grand mother who was a fantastic seamstress and owned her own fabric store. Her knowledge of fine fabrics and sewing techniques were passed down by her grandmother Nona.

Teresa spent many years sewing for her family and the public. She enjoyed making all types of handcrafts to be sold in craft fairs and church bazzars.

As a passionate dog lover, Teresa has always dreamed of someday working in the pet industry. That dream came true with the opening of this shop. Now she uses her sewing and embroidery talent creating high quality blankets, toys and accessories for dogs. She's known best for her custom embroidered pet blankets.

Thank you so much for stopping by to browse our Etsy shop. We love our dogs just like you do. They are family. We enjoy bringing happiness and enjoyment into their lives.

Our beautiful blankets provide your family member with not just warmth, but year round comfort and security. Dogs get very attached to our blankets because are so soft and you can take them anywhere. I like to think they can sense the love that went into the creation of these special blankets.

Our items are handmade with the highest quality fabrics, ribbons, embroidery threads and sewing supplies available. Our quality workmanship and close attention to the details insure you and your furry family member will be impressed.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the customized nature of our items, we do not accept refunds or cancellations after 48 hours of purchase. Once the item/items are in process or have shipped, it's too late. Personalized or monogrammed items can't be resold.

Buyer is responsible for the correct spelling for personalization or monograms. Please be accurate with your instructions. We will embroider your item exactly as you instruct us to. If your instructions are unclear, we will contact you via Etsy messenger to verify.

EXCEPTIONS:

If we make an error, such as misspelled personalization or monogram, we will provide you with a replacement upon receipt of the original item in the same condition as you received it. You must contact us within FIVE days of receiving your item to arrange a return at our expense.

IMPORTANT INFO RE: TOYS

Our toys have been known to last for years with no rips or tears. We do not use fleece to make our toys as many Etsy sellers do. Our toys are made with the highest quality Minky we can buy. It is much thicker and stronger than fleece. Less likely to puncture from puppy teeth.

We feel our toys are very durable. However, some dogs are aggressive chewers and tend to shred just about any thing stuffed. If this describes your dog, please be aware of this in advance. We can not replace chewed up toys.

IMPORTANT INFO RE: BANDANAS:

Measure twice for bandanas. You must provide us with accurate neck sizes to insure the perfect fit. Without measurements, we can not process your order.

We will use the measurement you provided in your instructions, so please be accurate.
If you are unhappy with the fit, please message us so we can see it on your dog. It is truly is too small or too big, we will replace it as long as you contact us within five days of receipt and return it in the same new condition as you received it.


BANDANA LIABILITY STATEMENT:

We are not responsible for injury due to lack of supervision, should your dog chew up bandanas. Please do not allow your pets to play with them as they are obviously not intended for play. Supervise your pet when wearing them and keep out of reach when not in use.

I accept payment by Pay Pal and Etsy payments. Both allow you to pay with your debit or credit card of your choice.

We do not accept personal checks.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to your purchase according to your state tax requirements.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

TOYS:
Our toys have been known to last for years with no rips or tears. We do not use discount, low quality fleece to make our toys as many Etsy sellers do. Our toys are made only with the highest quality Minky we can buy. It is much thicker and stronger than fleece. Less likely to puncture from puppy teeth. Just toss them in the washer once a week to keep them looking their best.

Shipping
SHIPPING:

Items less than 16 oz. are shipped throughout the United States with USPS first class. We provide tracking info for each shipment. You will be able to track your package all the way and know when to expect delivery, as well as delivery confirmation.


We are NOT responsible for missing packages scanned as "Delivered". Please make sure your shipping address is a safe place for delivery of your merchandise as we are not responsible for stolen shipments. AKA "Porch Pirates".

If the postal service fails to deliver your item and we are unable to track via tracking information, we will remake your order and reship at our expense.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless you contact us in advance. The inflated rates for international shipping has made it very difficult.

We will be happy to set up a custom listing with shipping fees calculated to your country via USPS. This is the least expensive method for international shipments.

It is not possible to track an international package. Once it leaves the US, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for undelivered or lost shipments.

Buyers are responsible for international customs fees, tariffs or any additional charges to "claim" your package.

Q.ARE ALL YOUR ITEMS HANDCRAFTED?

A. Yes, all items are handmade with one exception. Our Tahoe micro fleece blankets are purchased directly from the distributor. We design and stitch all the embroidery and appliques directly on the blankets. Our Minky blankets are handmade.

Q: MAY I REQUEST AN ITEM NOT FOUND IN YOUR SHOP?

A: Yes, we are always open to new products and are happy to work with you.

Q: DO YOU OFFER YOUR ITEMS AT WHOLESALE COST TO OTHER SHOPS?

A: No, we do not offer our items at wholesale costs to other stores. Our items are only sold here on Etsy. We do not mass produce our items.

Q: DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE OR INCLUDE A CARD?

A: Yes, "gift" packaging is available upon request for a small fee. This will include a card and special wrapping with ribbon. You will find that "upgrade" listing in our shop.

Q. DO YOU OFFER A RUSH SERVICE WHEN TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE?

A. Yes, if you are in a hurry, we do offer a "Rush My Order" upgrade. You must contact us before making your purchase of this upgrade so that we can make certain we can accommodate your request. If all materials are in stock, adding this listing to your purchase will bump your order to the top of our processing.

The "Rush My Order" processing fee is $25 for up to two items. Your order will ship within two business days, provided you have purchased this rush service upgrade listing. Included with this purchase, is a priority mail shipping upgrade. This will make sure your order is delivered in two to three days.

If your purchase is a gift for needed for an upcoming birthday, or event, we are happy to work with you to process your order slightly sooner at no additional costs, If you would let us know your "Must Have By Date" in the "Notes To Seller" box when ordering, we will do our best to accommodate you in that time frame with no additional fee.
