fuzzy grapefruit began in the cold winter of 2008, from a tiny apartment in Chicago. Although the business has expanded and its creator and owner, Allison, has relocated to the Lone Star State (as well as a considerably larger apartment), the handcrafted goods of fuzzy grapefruit continue to be made with the same level of love and care that inspired its meager beginnings.

Hiya! I'm Allison and I'm the creative brain (and hands) behind fuzzy grapefruit. I'm a designer, artist, and lover of all things visual.

To keep shipping costs down, all single notecard orders will be shipped First Class Mail, without insurance or tracking numbers. If you'd like to add a tracking number, please let me know before purchasing so that I can add it onto your shipping fees.
All international shipments will be sent using First Class International Mail (usually takes 5-10 business days). All taxes and duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
I try very hard to make sure you receive your item in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, because the postal service is not always as reliable as I would like, I cannot make any guarantees about when your item will arrive. I will always notify you when your item has been shipped. If an abnormal amount of time has passed since receiving your shipment notification (ie: 10 business days for local, 14 business days for international), and you have still not received your item, please let me know and I will do my best to address the situation.
If you would like a different shipping option or need an item sooner, please send me a message before purchasing and I'd be happy to put together a custom order for you with alternate shipping!
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to deadline requirements for filing insurance claims by the US Postal Service, lost or damaged orders MUST be reported to me within 30 days of the shipping date.

If you're sending an item directly to the recipient (as opposed to your own shipping address), I'd be happy to include a special note from you.
Most items in my shop are able to be customized or altered in some way. If you see something you like, but want a different color/size/paper, let me know!
