Some items are eligible for shipping without tracking (namely, stickers), while others require tracking. Select upgrade "with Tracking" for such items, or I will ship them without tracking! When Shipping with Tracking is selected, you will be given a tracking number for your order.

STANDARD SHIPPING FOR STICKERS DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. As of 3/2/22, any shipping that costs < $3 does NOT INCLUDE FULL TRACKING.

I have this policy in place to avoid confusion so that you know where your order is at all times as I am not responsible for your item(s) once it has been handed over to the postal service. If you have not selected tracking, I am not responsible for any lost items.

I package sticker/print/charm/pin orders as soon as I receive your order. Plushie orders will take about one week to make, depending on complexity or how many orders I receive. I ship these orders out as soon as is possible.

For all other items (bags, clothing, mugs), please allow at least one week for production before they are shipped (if no delays, typically takes 1-2 weeks) as these items are made to order.

Once I hand your package off to the Post Office, it is (quite literally) out of my hands, and therefore I am unable to accept responsibility for what may happen to it after drop-off. I leave all packages directly at my Post Office to 100% ensure your package has been received by them.

If you:
• are ordering from outside the US (international order)
• have had issues with deliveries to your address in the past
• or have any concerns that your order might not be delivered to you

I HIGHLY recommend choosing Shipping with Tracking. That way you and I can both keep track of where your package goes, and I can work with you if any issue arises.

Please check your email to see if your order has been shipped. I will always send you a notification/email when it has.
The email will only be sent on the day I shipped your order. The email should contain a note that reads: “Your order is on its way!! 🐱💌 “
You can use the date of this email as a reference for when your order may arrive. I am located in PST timezone.

I use USPS for most items, so delivery times may vary depending on the type of package.

Please wait 10-14 days before contacting me about your order. Most domestic sticker-only orders arrive within about one week. International orders will take longer (about 1-4 weeks or more). To prevent lost orders, I highly recommend choosing shipping with Tracking if you are able to.

Please message me if you have this issue. I cannot provide an exact answer here as each case is unique and truly depends on the situation. Most of the time, it may be due to USPS running behind schedule, and it is best to wait an additional week or so. Your order may arrive during this time. If it still has not arrived, I encourage you to send me a message and let me know, so that I can see what I can do to help. However, I do want to reiterate, that if you did NOT select a shipping option that includes tracking (i.e: you selected "Standard Shipping" for your stickers), I have very little power to help and am not responsible for your order once it is handed over to my Post Office. I cannot control what USPS does or doesn't do afterwards.
