Custom and personalized orders

Please contact with us immediately in case of a broken item. We will ask you to send a photo of the broken item/package, and will arrange a re-send, refund or coupon code for your next buy.

Lost package or order never arrived

We are not responsible for lost packages, but we will not be happy if this happens. So, please contact with us in case of such a situation, and we will find the best solution. We will open a case in our post office using the tracking number of the package and will apply for a full refund.
