Thank you for visiting G1 Designs. All of my items are custom hand made items. Each pen is hand turned. There are many styles to choose from and many materials to choose from. The items you see here are only a small sampling of the pen styles and materials that are available. Custom orders are not a problem.

All sales are final. However, all itmes are guaranteed to be in working order and of quality construction. If you have any issues with one of my pens, please contact me and I will make it right. Abuse and misuse of an item is not covered. Cost of any return for repair or replacement is not covered.
Payment
Payment for all items in the store must be via PayPal. Custom orders may require a deposit depending on the final sales price and/or material selected. Deposits will generally be 40% of the total sale price. Deposits are not refundable. However if an order is cancelled prior to shipment the deposit can be applied to any item curreintly for sale in the store.
Shipping
My standard shipping is vis USPS Priority Mail. Items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment being made. All orders with a total sales value of $100 or higher will be insured for the total sales value.
Additional policies and FAQs
Every item is custom made, so if you would like a certain combination style and material, please submit a request for that item. I will gladly make anything you want. There is no additional cost for custom orders, however, a deposit may be required depending on the item and material selected and the final price of the order.
