Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details
No refunds or exchanges unless there is a serious problem with your order, in which case please contact me and we will work it out!
Payment
Paypal: Please make your payment within 24 hours of placing an order.
Shipping
I ship all packages via the USPS, and will include tracking numbers with all domestic orders.
****Sorry, no local pick-up/meet-up due to time and schedule!****

**Please note shipping prices are NOT flexible as my shipping covers handling, packaging materials, time that goes into shipping, and care. This goes for international shipping as well. **

For international shipping, please allow **70** days before reporting it lost. Some countries take a bit longer to deliver. Some countries it arrives at destination, but returns back to US, but it goes back to its destination.

NOTE: please combine ALL items in ONE transaction when shipping to SAME address. Otherwise, when I combine shipping, you will only receive 50% refund back on shipping. I lose money when I do this!

Orders outside the USA are responsible for any additional fees/customs charges.

If you have a request (to sign it to someone or yourself) please specify in the moment you place your order. I will almost immediately ship your items the day of or the following day!


If you need something by a certain date, please purchase it AT LEAST 1 week in advance for domestic orders, 2 weeks for international.

For busy postal times such as Christmas and other holidays, please purchase items AT LEAST 3 weeks before the date needed for international orders, 1 1/2 weeks for domestic.

Please make sure the address you have on your information is your correct shipping address! If it is not I am not held responsible for your package getting to it's destination.

No, sorry! my flat rate covers everything from shipping, materials, packaging, time & care. This goes for international orders as well.

Do you do commissions/custom art?

Sorry, no! Not at this time.

Can you draw me a doodle with my order?

Sorry, no! You receive a thank you note from me. But please do not ask for free art.

Will you restock more of a certain item I'm looking for?

I saw your art at a gallery! How can I order it in your shop?

Art sold at galleries have exclusivity and cannot be sold in my shop. Please contact the gallery directly for orders.
