I ship from Sweden using PostNord. The mail is then handled by your country's national postal service provider. If you have any questions about how the package is handled or the services they provide, please contact them.

The processing time is the length of time between when an item is ordered and when it ships and it is displayed during the checkout process. Once a purchase has been completed and marked as paid, buyers can see a ships-by date on their Receipt page for their purchase. If I contact you for clarifications before creating/ shipping your order, this causes a delay which will be reflected on the ship-by date.

NOTE: Delays can occur because of Covid-19.

The delivery time depends on your country's Customs and handling by local mail and it can take up to 25 business days. Please keep in mind that I ship all orders earlier than or on the ship-by date. Delays may occur due to issues with the post office or customs of the recipient country, adverse weather conditions, increased mail volume during the holiday seasons or other circumstances that I have no control over. Therefore, I cannot be held responsible for items arriving late due to any of the above reasons. If your package is late, please contact me and I will help with information and support.

It is very important to me that you are 100% satisfied! If for any reason you are not happy, please contact me before writing a review. If the fault is mine, I will do my best to make it right. Not having read the item description, choosing the wrong item variations or providing incorrect info for personalization are not excuses for a refund. Custom or personalized items are exempt from Right to Withdrawal regulations and thus are non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies even for items that hold no contact information.

MISSPELLINGS
If I placed different info than what you provided, I will send you a replacement at no cost. If you provided misspelled info and wish to re-order the same item, contact me in advance to get a discount.

If your order was returned to me marked as "Unclaimed/ Udeliverable," you will be expected to cover additional shipping costs for re-shipping or shipping to the correct address OR you can contact me for a refund. Shipping costs and custom or personalized items cannot be refunded.

In the rare case that a package never ends up getting delivered: If the tracking is marked as 'delivered' the proper stolen package paperwork will need to be filled out for the buyer's postal service provider and any other related agencies by the buyer. I am not responsible for your package once it is marked as delivered.
If the package was never marked as 'delivered' and is truly missing, I will contact the post office on your behalf, file a tracking request and help locate the missing package. Please be patient, this procedure takes time and depends on the communication between PostNord and your country's postal service provider. You will receive the original package, a free replacement, or a full refund.

♥ PET TAGS & CHARMS: can react with certain pet care chemicals or excessive exposure to sunlight, resulting in color change and decrease in durability. If needed, clean with mild soap and water. It can be scratched by sharp objects and teeth. It is not meant to be chewed on. Do not attach a leash on the tag's ring. The ring will be flexible for you to open by hand. If you would like me to “glue” it shut, let me know in the “notes to seller” during checkout.

♥ JEWELRY: Polymer clay or glass items should be handled with care. They should not come in contact with alcohol, perfumes or soap. Take them off before sleep and do not emerge in water in order to keep them in their original condition for a long, long time.
