I am an independent artist who works to produce as many bags as I can. I work by myself, making each piece, one at a time. I also have a family to look after. There are times when delivery may be delayed due to life's little surprises, or a much needed day off. I do the very best I can to get things where they need to be when they need to be.

Since all of our pieces are handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. We use natural leathers so colorations may vary from what you see on the screen. We do our best to choose very similar hides. There may also be naturally occurring marks or dents in the leather. These are not defects.

GabsBags accepts Paypal only.
Shipping
GabsBags ships via USPS or UPS when appropriate. Depending on the weight and size of the piece I will use First Class or Priority Mail methods. If a piece is ready to go, it will go out the day after or, if payment clears early enough, the same day.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our desire is to make you happy! But if you are not happy with the item, you may return it for full refund (minus shipping charges) or exchange for another item. Request for refund or exchange must be made within 3 days upon date of receipt of item. All refunds and exchanges must be returned in their original and unused condition.

Customers are held responsible for all the additional shipping and handling charges incurred from returns and exchanges. You will be refunded immediately once the item arrives safely.

We do not refund for the lost packages. I am sorry but there is No exception.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.
Note also that some taxes - calculated on the value of the item - may be charged by the customs of destination of the packet or the carrier. In this case, payment of these taxes or tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Additional policies and FAQs
GabsBags loves custom orders. Don't ever hesitate to ask us about making something special for you. We require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the item amount + shipping. So if the item is $50 and the shipping is $10, then the deposit would be $30.
