At this time I only accept payments via PayPal. Remember that you don’t need to set up a PayPal account to pay with credit cards, just choose the option to pay with credit card when clicking the payment button.

I appreciate fast payment. If I don’t receive your payment or hear from you within 48 hours I will have to cancel your order and relist the item (s).

I use standard shipping from Canada Post for all shipments. Please ensure your address is correct as I won’t be responsible for items lost in the mail due to incorrect information. If you want to ship your order to someone else as a gift please let me know by sending me the address on “notes to the seller” or just convo me as soon as possible.

Your items will be sent packed as a gift. If you want me to include a note for someone let me know and I'll be happy to do so in your name ;)

I am not responsible for any taxes and custom charges so please be aware of your country’s own policies.

If you would like to purchase insurance please convo me for costs.

Be aware that regular air mail takes 4-10 business days and no tracking number is included. If you would like to add tracking and get it in 2-4 business days, then shipping will be $13. Please let me know if you would like to upgrade your shipping when placing your order.

I take care and time in describing the necklaces as accurately as possible so please carefully read each item's description. If you have any questions regarding an item just convo me I and I will get back to you with all the info.

If and item doesn't meet your expectations please contact me as soon as receiving it so that we can work it out. I really want you to be happy with your purchase ;)

Refunds are made in the same form of payment minus shipping costs.

Sale pieces won't be relisted once their listing time expire, but if you're still interested in a piece you no longer see convo me to see if I still have it available or if I can make it for you.
