Everything home made

I started my shop because my next door neighbour got pregnant and I thought about making something in crochet for her baby. I learned how to crochet at 6 years old, my grandma taught me. I used to crochet a lot as a child but then when I got older I lost interest. When my sons were born I made some things for them, and then stopped again. So I decided to make something for my friend's baby. Then I thought of making some things more and sell them. The ideas came one after another, and I started searching patterns online and going to art crafts supply shops to buy materials, and when I realised I was completely immersed in this making process where each creation of something new and unique is so rewarding and amazing.

I work at home, in my living room, there is no studio, my items are all stored up in boxes on the shelves and my work place is the sofa. I take the photos on the kitchen table when there is enough light, or use the dining room wall as a display for scarves and shawls. Everything is really home made here.

All items are handmade by me.
Most of my creations are unique in the sense that I always make new and different things. I may repeat a pattern or detail I found specially interesting, but always add something new, as a different colour pattern or any other detail which will give the item its special uniqueness.

Items will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment.

Will notify costumers by email as soon as the item has been dispatched.
Will really appreciate if costumers could notify item's reception.
All items within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail UK standard 1st class. Please notify me by email if you wish to receive your item via UK Guaranteed Royal Mail Special Delivery as I will have to edit the listings before you purchase.
International items will be delivered by Royal Mail Airmail Standard Delivery.
Will not be held responsible for any costums charges. Please check if there will be any costums fees before purchasing.
Will keep receipt as proof of shipping.
Please note that when ordering more than one item, unless you notify me beforehand, shipping costs are calculated for each product separately.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you have 7 days to return it and will get 100% refund for the payment and initial postage. Second postage charges from the costumer's end will not be refunded.
I will only refund an item which has been returned in the same condition that it was sent in the first place, and which has been returned within 7 days of arrival. For this I will appreciate an email from the costumer notifying about item's arrival. If costumers fail to do so and then ask for a return/refund after a period of time which I find it's way longer than 7 days of expected delivery date, I may refuse to refund it. Each case will be assessed individually.
I am not liable for any damage or loss during transit. Will keep receipt as proof and will do anything in my power to obtain compensation from the postage services.

When ordering several items, you may convo me beforehand, so I can help with shipping costs. Otherwise you will be charged shipping costs for each item separately.
