Our team has a background in Eastern Medicine (Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine), Western Herbalism, Gardening, Textiles and Fermentation Science. We fuse these areas of knowledge and passion together with our love of Mother Earth (Gaia) to bring sustainable holistic healing products and everyday goods into creation to share with you!

We grow & wild harvest many of the herbs ourselves or purchase organic herbs & supplies locally. We hand make products in small batches that we have been using at home for years like a healing salve for skin or pain issues, a tincture we use when stressed or having trouble sleeping, herbal infused body oil for everyday use instead of lotion & Doug fir lip balm!

For the Natural Indigo Dye goods, we purchase Natural Indigo from a company in Tennessee working to convert southern tobacco farmers into a more sustainable earth friendly cash crop while changing the textile industry from using hazardous dyes for blue jeans and other clothes to using natural plant dyes like Indigo. Indigo and other plant dyes were used for hundreds to thousands of years to dye the textiles we wear or use in daily life. Gaia’s Magical Goods focuses on natural plant fibers like cotton, rayon, hemp, silk & wool and aim to use either fabrics made in the US or repurposed second hand clothing. We have a variety of baby, kids & adult clothing as well as kitchen hand towels, a few accessories and decor. We are also moving into the Japanese art of Shibori, specifically Itajime. Indigo is such a special plant with dozens of species around the world but we focus on Persecaria Tinctoria or the Japanese Indigo plant and mainly use an Organic Sugar Vat recipie.
