Gaia's Roots would be more than happy to slip a handwritten note into any order for personalization. For special personal requests, please contact the shop. We try to make every item a fun experience.

Unfortunately, it's difficult to guess what delivery times will be, especially when border customs is involved. However, Gaia's Roots is diligent about preparing and shipping items within the processing time (usually 1-3 days). We provide tracking information so that the buyer can easily check where their package is in route. If any surprises happen, we always communicate with the buyer.

I understand that sometimes life is a surprise and there may been scenarios when a return is wanted or necessary. Please reach out to me if you feel the need to return an item and I will do my best to help the situation. However, please note that shipping costs and international customs fees are not refundable. I never receive this money as Etsy provides shipping labels for items. The item price alone will be refunded. Or if you prefer, I do provide exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.

All animal made products were acquired ethically. None of the animals have been killed for the sole purpose of making a product. I work with my local city, farmers, ranchers and Native American gatherers who collect expired animals whom have either become victim to road kill, starvation in the winter months, die of old age or any other way that Mother Nature chooses to take her children. I encourage the use of the entire animal so no parts are wasted.

Please do not ask me to do anything illegal or unethical towards any species.
