Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase and I will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price of the item after I receive the original item undamaged (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please return it in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is received damaged, please contact me within 3 working days of delivery and I will make arrangements for a full refund of the purchase price or replacement of the item and return of the damaged item to me. Keep all packaging and labels and take pictures of the box and the damaged item. Please keep in mind that each item is hand made and the replacement may vary slightly. Also, if I do not have a second item in stock, it may take a few weeks to make a new one and ship it to you. Upon arrangements for a replacement, I will give you an estimate of the time of the new shipment. If you have not received your item within 10 days of shipment, please contact me and I will check the Delivery Confirmation and if it is determined that the item is indeed lost, I will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Custom orders are not refundable. If supplies for a custom order are purchased prior to the cancellation, no refund will be provided for the actual cost of those supplies.

Direct checkout with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, PayPal, check and Money Order. Checks will only be accepted from customers in the United States. Check and money order payments must be received within 14 days from the date of sale or sale will be cancelled.

U.S.--All items will be shipped UPS Ground, Fed Ex or USPS within 3 business days after receipt of payment unless buyer has other specific shipping instructions. UPS and USPS charge additional fees for oversized items. If the item to be shipped is oversized (over 16" x 16"-packed), I have estimated that cost in the shipping charge for the oversized item. Actual cost of shipping includes packing costs.

All glass items that are for sale can be customized to your color preference, size or I can create your unique idea in beautiful stained glass. Fused glass items can be customized to your color preference, however, sizes are limited to what is featured in my shop.
