I am sorry you felt the need to post a negative review and fabricate how long the transaction cancellation took to complete. I understand how you might of felt disappointed when the shipping quote was provided to you. The ad states a shipping quote will be provided and cost varies greatly because of location, size and weight. This is a fully fabricated, read to use custom made coffee table with a glass top that is at least 24 x 36 inches and heavy. It was going to be shipped over 700 miles. Packaging this up is a big cost and the package cannot have objects on top. ETSY IS NOT IKEA.
