Are the pieces you offer genuine authentic artifacts?
Yes. We also understand the problems associated with many unqualified sellers representing items of being authentic pre-columbian artifacts - only to find out later that its a fake or a reproduction. One good indicator is that the item being sold says “Pre-columbian” but with no culture stated. This indicates the seller lacks knowledge and caution should be taken. We have over two decades of experience dealing in artifacts of the Americas. Every item offered by Galeria ConTici is subjected to microscopic analysis and has been carefully vetted for authenticity. At times, items of higher caliber are also accompanied by scientific reports. We offer legally acquired pieces with an unconditionally guarantee of the culture and age as described.
Do you offer Layaway?
We will consider multiple payments on a case by case basis and reserve the piece for you. Please contact us for information.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we provide other galleries and institutions with genuine pieces. Please inquire.
In the event I wish to return an item. Can I have a full refund?
Yes, returns are accepted. You must contact us within 3 days. You are responsible for the return shipping cost using USPS Priority mail fully insured of the amount of the sale amount. The tracking number must be emailed to us once it has been mailed. All original documents must also be included. Once received, we will deduct our shipping cost from the sales price with your return. Items submitted for a refund after that time mentioned above will not be accepted.
Please note: No refund will given for items that have been reviewed. And, no refunds on items that have been discounted or placed on sale.
