If for some reason an order is damaged or you are not satisfied I require that the order be sent back with tracking information and in original packaging. If items are damaged in the return shipping I can not refund. So please package safely :)

Once the order is received a refund will be issued.

If an item does have a defect or problem I need to hear from the buyer within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. The item needs to be returned within 30 days.

If a package arrives damaged the buyer needs to contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) to resolve such an issue. I can only get the money back from USPS if the buyer files a claim, at which point I can refund the money or send another item. If you are concerned about loss, then please opt for insurance.

I accept paypal (the preferred method since this allows the buyer to receive his or her merchandise quickly), or personal checks and money orders. Money orders need to be by USPS please.
I can also accept credit cards but we would need to make those arrangements prior to your purchase.

Payment is expected within 48 hours of a purchase being made unless other arangements have be set up. Otherwise the order could be cancelled.

I ship via USPS. Anything over 13oz in weight is required to ship Priority Mail which is a flat rate of 4.75. So if you are buying small beads, or just a couple of strands your shipping cost should not be more than a few bucks. Generally more than 5 strands will make the package weigh more than 13oz. But it depends on the material of the beads and the size.
I will refund any overage.

International shipping starts at 4 dollars.

I will ship orders out within 1-3 days (excluding Sundays), if there are any delays I will convo you.

I will offer shipping discounts, since USPS offers flat rate shipping I will only charge $4.75 for orders as long as all the items can fit into one envelope. Once I need a larger package then the shipping cost would have to be adjusted. Please inquire about multiple purchase benefits.
