What are some other things to know before purchasing?
Please provide an updated and correct mailing and email address at checkout and confirm that it is correct where indicated. If your package is returned to me as not deliverable because of an incorrect address, there will be additional charges to reship it. Also, please remember to check your email (the email address you signed up with) within 4 hours of your order as I may have questions. Most orders are processed within 24 hours but some are processed within as little as five hours. Your order may be delayed or cancelled if I am not able to contact you. If you use an email address that is set up just for shopping, please remember to check it often. : )

More Shipping Info
First Class shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 days within the U.S. (the USPS has closed numerous sorting facilities and local offices and this can cause delivery times to increase; please plan ahead!).
Delivery Estimates - How long will your purchase be in the mail system?
U.S. Orders
Priority 2 - 5 Day shipping may actually take the whole 5 days or more, depending on how far away you are from my shop and it is not guaranteed. First Class can take up to 10 days, and in some cases where the P.O. has lost or diverted a package, it can take more.
Express Orders
Domestic Express is 1-3 Days, depending on your location in the U.S. Rural or far-away destinations may take 3 days. This is the only shipping with a money-back guarantee.
NJ Residents and State Sales Tax
NJ residents are taxed 7% on the total of the item and shipping cost.
Gift wrapping and packaging
When you mark your order as a Gift, this means that I will not include any cost information/invoicing with the package. Gift wrapping is not available, but if you would like a special note included, please include a message at checkout with your text.
Designs are sold as is
All of my designs are presented and sold as is. I don’t offer custom design, which means I don’t change design elements like fonts, art work, colors, etc., nor do I do custom designs from scratch. Each design is the result of much time and thought and all elements are carefully balanced and chosen to play well with each other. There are many other wonderful design shops on Etsy if custom design is what you are looking for.
Your data privacy with respect to the GDPR
Gallery in the Garden does not have access to any credit card information, and I do not use your email, address or any other personal information that you provide with your order, for any purpose other than to fulfill your order. I do not give your information to any third party vendors that I use; your order is placed under my name and no further information is given. I do not mail newsletters or contact you after the order is sent unless I am following up on a lost package (I keep track of each and every package).

Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax)
As of July 1, 2018, Etsy is required to collect a Goods and Service Tax (GST) on all shipments to Australia with a value of under $1,000, per Australian tax laws. The collected tax will be remitted to the Australian government. The import tax will be 10% and will be collected at the checkout screen.
Your Delivered Package Isn't There. What do you do now?
If your tracking number shows the item has been delivered, please do these things first:
1. Check with other members of your household. Most missing packages were brought in by someone who forgot to let you know
2. Check with neighbors, check the bushes, check another entrance
3. Wait another day. Carriers may scan it as delivered but it won't show up until a day or two later
4. Ask your postmaster to check GPS delivery coordinates to see where it actually went
5. If these fail to turn up the package, please contact me. Proof of a police report may be required before I can act (we share responsibilities for the order: Mine is to get it to your property, and the customer's is to provide a safe place for delivery once on the property).
