Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Refunds Policy:

* Please contact us using Etsy Messaging before returning your order.
* Returns without prior authorization will not be refunded.

Art prints- I accept returns if I am notified within time specified.

Exchanges- I do accept exchanges of equal or greater value if I am notified within time specified.

Custom orders- All sales are final.

Digital Downloads- All sales are final.

Customer pays for return shipping.

While I cannot guarantee your package will arrive unscathed, nor can I assume responsibility for items once they leave my hands; if your purchase arrived damaged, please contact the U.S. Post Office for assistance. If unresolved or you are unsatisfied with the solution provided by the U.S. Post Office, please contact me through my Etsy shop and I'll do my best to help.
I accept PayPal, direct check-out (debit/credit card) and Etsy gift cards.

Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase or your order will be cancelled.
General Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed after payment has been verified.

Payment with an eCheck usually takes about 4 business days to clear PayPal and your order will not ship until PayPal sends notice of transaction completion.

Domestic Shipping Policy: I ship orders via First-class US Postal Service. Depending on the size purchased your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

You may log into your order online to check status at any time.

International Shipping Policy: Packages will be mailed via First-class Mail International within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

Internationally shipped parcels may be subject to customs inspections, and the buyer will be responsible for any and all customs, tariffs and duties.

I'm so sorry, but I have no control over how long your package may take to clear customs in your country.

All orders will be provided with an international USPS tracking number. Once orders have been shipped you can use this tracking number to locate your order.

If there are any issues or concerns with your order please contact the U.S. Post Office for assistance.

When you can expect your package:

While I cannot guarantee times of arrival, nor can I assume responsibility for items once they leave my hands; you can expect the following:

Domestic Shipping: Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

International Shipping: Delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.


All orders inside the US include free delivery confirmation which is scanned by the postal service when your item has been delivered.

Upon shipment, registered US customers may login at any time to view order status via USPS website.

** First Class US Mail does not provide tracking for international customers.

**Please note- I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive your parcel, but the USPS shows it’s been delivered, please contact your local post office.
