Welcome to Ganache Jewelry where you'll find my line of high quality, handmade necklaces, bracelets and earrings for casual and evening wear. I can personalize or hand stamp certain pieces and all items arrive wrapped and ready for gifting.

I only use high quality materials, and will only sell an item that I am 100% proud of.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you may ship it back within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a 100% refund. Cost of shipping will not be refunded. Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.

When returning an item, shipping must be paid for by the purchaser.

If your item has been damaged or lost in the mail, please contact me right away.

Payment

Price includes tax. Payments must be made at checkout. Items will be shipped 1-2 business days after payments are cleared unless otherwise specified.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified, after payments have been cleared. You should typically receive your item(s) within 2 weeks from the ship date.

Items shipped within Canada are shipped via Regular Parcel.
Items are shipped everywhere else via Small Packet Air.
If the listing does not mention shipping for your particular country, please contact me for rates.

Shipping upgrades and shipping insurance are both available, please inquire with me for options.
