Thank you for visiting!

Christina Gandolfo is a Los Angeles-based professional photographer. Stephanie Dunham is the studio manager, occasional second shooter, and Etsy assistant extraordinaire. (Steph runs the store, so if you Convo us, you'll talk to her.) Photography is our full-time job and our passion.

Our business primarily focuses on portraiture (headshots, children, corporate, animals) and commercial & editorial work, but our personal work consists of everything from surrealistic nature images and landscapes to street photography.

The collection made available here aims to capture both beauty and simplicity amid more complex and sometimes chaotic surroundings. It's our goal to provide you with unique imagery at an affordable price and to offer a superb customer service experience.

The fine art prints and gifts you purchase are carefully produced and packaged by Christina and Stephanie in our smoke-free studio. We control all aspects of production to keep quality high.

We're crazy about richly saturated colors and a quality finish, so we use professional equipment (from cameras to printers to paper) to get the results we want. All inks & photo papers are archival and rated to last a lifetime.

Should you desire matting/framing, or a different finish or print size (11X14? 16X20? larger?), please Convo us with your special request and we can discuss options and cost. We'd love to make you a custom item, just like we do for our in-studio clients. We are "convo-friendly".

Oh, and if we've favorited one of your Etsy items, we'd probably be excited to own it. Please contact us if you're interested in trading.

Returns and exchanges
We know you'll love the items you receive from us, but if you have any issues with your order, please contact us within SEVEN days of receiving the item and BEFORE leaving feedback so we can resolve your concerns. Thank you very much for that consideration. We want every chance to make you happy!

We DO accept returns of items that are in original, like-new condition, up to two weeks after your receipt of the item. Please request a return authorization by emailing us: studio AT gandolphoto dot com.

If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, we will absorb the return shipping costs and ship the correct item to you for no charge. If you're returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We can refund the purchase price as store credit (if you received the item as a gift) or the purchaser's PayPal account.

We think you will be delighted with the quality of your item, and we make every effort to deliver exactly what you expect. However, due to differences between computer monitors, the color in the finished product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
We accept both Etsy's credit card payments and PayPal.

Etsy has this helpful page to explain the ordering procedure:

We will ship your item as soon as your payment is processed. (This may take a few days if you are paying with PayPal bank draft.) If payment is not initiated within three days, your order will be cancelled.

Please contact us if you need extra time or want to use a different payment method — we will work with you whenever possible.

If paying with PayPal, the confirmed address in your PayPal account must match your Etsy shipping address. Please see the note in the SHIPPING section for more details.
Most prints are produced at the time you place your order. We try to ship within 2-3 business days of your payment, but more intensive custom orders may take an extra day or three. You will receive a note on the day we ship your item to confirm that your package is on its way.

TO AVOID SHIPPING DELAYS FOR PAYPAL USERS: For those using PayPal, please enter the same shipping address on both Etsy and PayPal when you're checking out. We ship only to your confirmed address.

If the addresses don't match, I will email you and ask for clarification. (Also, if the PayPal address is incorrect, I will have to re-invoice you, causing further delay to the shipment of your order.)

COMBINED SHIPPING: If you order more than one item, we can reduce your shipping costs. We will refund the difference if you significantly overpay us for shipping. (We always check the shipping fees after mailing out the package in such cases.)

CUSTOM SHIPPING QUOTES: I'm glad to calculate a custom shipping quote for international and/or complicated orders. Just contact me and we can discuss the options.

PACKAGING: We ship all photographs and gifts in rigid, flat mailers or boxes.

Our prints are first enclosed in a protective clear archival sleeve with an adhesive closure, then secured onto a stiff piece of cardboard, and often layered with another piece of cardboard and/or bubble wrap before it is inserted into the mailer. (PS: We try to reuse and recycle shipping material when possible so you may find a piece of cereal box cardboard protecting your print. ;)

U.S. SHIPPING: For domestic customers, we use USPS First Class Package Mail with Delivery Confirmation. For heavier, more fragile items, we've also included insurance in the shipping cost. For some larger prints we may use UPS Ground.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We've added some basic international rates, but if you want a custom shipping quote, just contact me before ordering and we will respond ASAP and create a reserved listing for you.

Please note: You may be subject to your country’s taxes, tariffs, customs fees, import fees, etc. Any duties and taxes incurred are responsibility of you, the recipient, and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

INSURED OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you wish to add insurance, or wish to ship via UPS / Priority Mail / Express Mail / etc., please convo me before you order so I can reserve the item for you and change the listing.
