never recieved and no communication

I’m honestly very disappointed with the sellers customer service and lack of care put into preserving the quality of the print. She did not send out the item in a timely manner. I reached out multiple times about concerns I had about how long it was taking to ship the item out andm not once did I receive a response. When I finally received the item, no care was put into keeping the print in mint condition. I received the item bowed since there was no support for the print in transit. Because of the lack of communication and lack of care put into this product, I honestly don’t even want to hang it in my house because I now have no sense of pride in the item. Obviously, I have the same amount of pride in item as the seller.
