Flags are sweet and will be great for our wedding. There was a delay in the order and Terry was quick to respond once she became aware and also added in a bonus flag because of it - oversights and mistakes do happen and for me, what matters is how they get handled and she handled it well. Thanks Terry - we're looking forward to using these!

Accepted payment methods

All prices are listed in US currency.

PayPal is the preferred payment method. Please select "Paypal" to pay via your Credit Card or Paypal Account.

I appreciate prompt payment. Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal delivery addresses match up so that I know where to send your items.

Money orders and checks are also accepted, but will delay the shipping of your item. I will ship your item as soon as payment has cleared.

If I haven't received your payment within three days of purchase, I will contact you. If there has been no payment and no contact within seven days of the purchase, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.
Orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 1 to 2 business days after payment has cleared. International orders are shipped USPS Priority International.

If you would prefer quicker shipping, please advise me, and arrangements can be made as to additional shipping charges.

I will notify you when I ship your order, so you have an idea of when to expect it.

I use recycled packaging where appropriate, and always ensure that an item is well packaged when it leaves me.

If your item gets lost in the mail, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to help trace missing items, and will cooperate with you about issuing a replacement item or a refund.

I will insure all items over $20.00. Cost will be included in the shipping fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please let me know asap if you have any problems! I'll do my best to clear them up as quick as is possible! My aim to have very happy clients!

If you have any problems please contact me within a week of arrival. Returns will be discussed on a case by case basis with refunds minus the shipping costs.
