What’s the waitlist? How can I subscribe to it?

You can see a “waitlist available” mark for some items in our shop. That means that we plan to restock these items in the future. You can select desired options (e.x. design, pin grade) for the item and press the “Let me know when it’s back” button. You’ll get a notification / e-mail from Etsy when item is back in stock.

How will the combined order with in-stock and pre-ordered items be shipped?

We won’t split your order in this case. So if your order contains some pre-order items, the whole order will be shipped together as soon as pre-ordered items become available!

What is pin grading? How do pin grades work in your shop?

Enamel pins are colored by hand, which causes natural variations and slight flaws that can occur during the production process. During the quality control, we divide our pins into A-Grades, Standard Grades and B-Grades, depending on the degree of flaws. You can read more about each grade below.

A-Grade pins:

No noticeable defects but may have one of *very-hard-to-see* or *visible-from-certain-angle* imperfections on metal or enamel:
✦ low-fill enamel in small areas
✦ small traces of random debris (dust, fuzz, random glitter piece, etc.)
✦ tiny bubbles in enamel, glitter, or epoxy coating
✦ light scuffing / scratches / dents

Standard Grade pins:

Has a small mark or defect that is not noticeable enough to be considered B-Grade. Have several imperfections from the list:
✦ small recessed parts filled with enamel that shouldn't be there
✦ missing areas in metal plating on pin sides
✦ low-fill enamel in small areas
✦ bigger traces of dust, fuzz, etc. stuck in enamel
✦ tiny bubbles in enamel, glitter, or epoxy coating
✦ random glitter piece stuck in enamel
✦ light scuffing / scratches / dents / enamel bleeding

B-Grade pins:

Has more noticeable flaws on the enamel or metal. They also may or may not having backing card or special packaging. Good choice for everyday wearing!
✦ large dents / divots / scratches
✦ moving posts
✦ low-fill in large areas
✦ discoloration / staining
✦ missing enamel / plating
✦ wrong enamel fill colors
✦ excessive bubbles / scratches / dents / divots
✦ foreign materials embedded in enamel, glitter or epoxy

C-Grade pins:

We do not usually have them in our batches, but here are their characteristics just in case. They have very visible multiple minor and / or major defects mentioned above. Also might have:
✦ missing post
✦ tarnished plating
✦ very tainted enamel

What if I have a problem with my order?

Please contact us:
— if some items are missing in your order: we'll send a replacement
— if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product: we accept returns and replacements in some cases, if I agree with your assessment

My order hasn't arrived, what can we do?

We resend missing orders in case:
— your order was returned to us for some reason
— your order has not arrived in 3 months from the date of shipment and there is no trace of it on the parcel tracking sites

We refund missing orders in case:
— your order hasn't show up in 3 months from shipment date & its tracking number can't be tracked & we can't send a replacement because items from your order are out of stock and won't be restocked soon

We don't resend or refund orders in case:
— the tracking number of your order shows that it was delivered to the addressee
— you filled the wrong address or your address changed while your order was in transit (please contact your local post office about this)
