Welcome to GARViA, LLC on Etsy! GARViA is a classy brand promoting a classy lifestyle. Thank you for your interest in my handmade jewelry & accessories.

In order to offer quality handmade pieces I purchase high quality supplies from around the world and I aim to create jewlery & accessories that is unique and classy.

I try to photograph in natural light in order to show the true color & character of any item I have for sale. I give an accurate description of the size and features of the item and I guarantee the quality of my artistry.

All bracelets are made for the average size wrist, from 7-7.5 inches. If you would like a bracelet made in a different size, please contact me to specify your size.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal, either via credit card or with an existing PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, just select the PayPal and Credit Card option, and you will be able to checkout and pay for your purchase with a credit card as a guest on PayPal.

Where payment is made through an existing PayPal account, please ensure your Etsy address matches the PayPal shipping address; otherwise your order may be delayed until the correct shipping address is confirmed.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Some handmade items in the shop take longer than others to produce. I will send out all GARViA orders on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If a holiday falls on one of those days, the shipment will go out the next business day. Payment must be received BEFORE an order is processed and shipped. I will use the United States Postal Service for ALL SHIPMENTS.

GARViA ships worldwide. Please allow 2-5 business days from the time of shipping for delivery within the United States. Orders shipped internationally usually take between 10-14 business days for delivery after an item is shipped, but can sometimes take longer, depending on the country shipped to, time in customs and the time of year.

Please contact me through my ETSY SHOP or via email at garviasales [!at] if you require express shipping or insurance. This will incur an additional fee. Please note that I am not responsible for non-insured items once they have been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Leaving neutral or negative feedback before communicating with a seller is poor Etsy etiquette. Therefore, please contact me first before giving unsatisfied feedback, so I have the opportunity to rectify the problem, as negative feedback may potentially influence future customers.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me with your request through my Etsy shop within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be expected to return the item immediately after contacting me.

Once you contact me with your refund request, I will provide you with an address to ship the goods to. You must then provide the following information:
1. Your name and e-mail.
2. The reason for the return (exchange, repair, refund, etc.).
3. The original purchase date, so I can locate the original transaction on PayPal.
4. Please ensure that the goods are returned with a tracking number, as I cannot be responsible for lost packages.

For NON CUSTOM orders I am willing to provide a full refund, exchange or repair upon receipt of the item once I am satisfied that the item is in the original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For all CUSTOM orders there will be NO REFUND or EXCHANGE unless the item is faulty such as a broken chain, sticking clasp or damage to the metal.

In the event that your necklace or bracelet 'pops' (breaks) within 30 days of purchase, the bracelet or necklace can be returned for an exchange at no cost to you BUT shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional policies and FAQs

Please advise in the "Notes To Seller" section if your purchase is a gift. At checkout, make sure you enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. Also in the "Notes to Seller" section include any message to the recipient if one is required.

Your purchase will be gift wrapped and sent directly to them.


All gemstones and beads used in my creations are real - I do not use plastic beads. Keep in mind that some gemstones and pearls may contain minor blemishes.
Please ensure that you care for your jewelry by avoiding contact with ALL liquids, especially perfume. It is not recommended that you wet (i.e., bathing, showering, swimming, cleaning, etc.) your new handmade jewelry. Also note that using body oils, lotions or perfumes near your jewelry may ruin the color of the stones and beads, so be sure to apply such things before putting on your GARViA pieces. Be sure to remove all jewelry before bed. I will not be responsible for any mistreated merchandise.

All stones and beads can be polished using a soft cloth alone.

Sterling silver will tarnish over time, due to your body chemistry and environmental factors.

Keep your silver bright and shiny by:
• putting your jewelry on last, to avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and other liquids;
• storing your jewelry in an air tight container or zip lock bag; and
• using a silver polishing cloth after each use to remove any skin oils or air pollutants.
