I really love my brooch/hair piece. It is just as I imagined. It does have a slight blemish on the button, but I will believe will be unnoticeable as a hair piece, but may have been an issue as a brooch. So excited to wear this on my wedding day. Fits perfectly with my theme:)

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. If you have questions about an item or are hesitant about a purchase, PLEASE convo me PRIOR to committing to a sale. However if you convo me AFTER your purchase and are not completely satisfied I will be happy to review your order and consider refunds.

Payment

Gathering Spriggs accepts paypal only at this time unless you are located in Nashville.(Cash or Check accepted) I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all orders. If the item is not paid for in 24 hours and no further communication is made it will be relisted.

If I don't receive your payment via Paypal within 3 DAYS of placing your order, the order will be cancelled and removed from both of our Etsy records.

Shipping

All orders ship out via USPS within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment via Paypal. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are standard on all pieces of original artwork and are factored into the final delivery price.
Please contact me for international shipping quotes. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or customs fees that are due. Delivery confirmation and insurance are not available on international items.

I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured with the USPS.

Shipping costs include sturdy boxes and high-quality, often recycled packing materials to ensure that your order arrives safe and sound.
