Start your day with a delicious cup of Gatofante!

Once upon a time, there was Gatofante. And there, two sisters were striving to get their dreams come true by delivering fantasy objects to every corner in the world. Fully hand made objects of all sorts, each one of them unique and handcrafted with tons of passion and attention to detail. Cause in order for those objects to bring such joy for you, they must be fed that energy in every stage of the manufacturing process.

Among all the things in Gatofante, there was a kind that became special. Partially because of the different world delivery conditions, true, but also because it represented endless possibilities of waking up every morning with a piece of the Gatofante spirit right in front of you. Those were the Gatofante mugs.

Hand-painted with your favorite characters from TV shows, movie sagas or whatever design the sisters were able to come up with. Even suggestions were possible as long as the fun remained!

Well... It's 2015 now, and here we are, still Mar and Nesa building a special bridge between Spain and The Netherlands. In this case, the goal is creating your dream mugs for you, wherever you are and whatever you are into.

Because a smile is the most important part of a healthy breakfast.

Returns and exchanges
At Gatofante we feel very proud of the quality of our products; otherwise we wouldn't be selling them!

Still, in case you are not satisfied with the product you received, the first you should do is contacting us and telling us all about it: we'll do our best to help you.

If you are still unhappy, we'll accept a return within 15 days since your order was delivered. Just keep us posted, let us know what you didn't like and send your order back in full. We'll happily refund you the cost of the products you had bought.

We care about making people happy, so in general just try explaining us what happened and we'll try figuring out something so you can still feel positive about our shop and rate your transaction with a positive feedback.
Payment
Payment is to be made at time of order by Pay Pal. Remember that you can also pay by credit card through Pay Pal even if you don't have a Pay Pal account. (For more information, visit guidelines http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php ).

Some countries levy customs charges and import fees. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Shipping
We charge delivery costs for every group up to 6 mugs you order. So, if you buy up to 6, you pay delivery costs just for one (and those are automatically applied).

If you buy 7 to 12 mugs, you have to pay the delivery costs twice; in order to do that, just order 1 'Extra delivery costs' item as well. So, from 13 to 18 mugs, you need to order your mugs plus 2 units of 'Extra delivery costs'.

All our products are handmade, so colors, shapes and sizes might not be exactly as shown. Keep in mind each one of our items is pretty much unique.

If you follow www.gatofante.com you'll have noticed we accept a variable degree customization in some of our items. Please mail or notify us your ideas and needs and we'll confirm you whether we can make it happen. In case your custom changes have a big impact in the cost or time needed to handcraft your order, we'll also let you know and inform you about how to proceed and the changes on the price (if any).
