Returns and exchanges
We feel that we provide very adequate descriptions and photos of our items, and invite you to ask us any questions you might have, for this reason we generally don't accept returns.
Feel free to contact us though if you have any issues with the item received and we'll see if we can work something out.

We do our best to inspect and package our items for safe shipment, after it leaves our hands we can't really make sure it gets there safely. In the event that you receive a broken/damaged item, we can only offer a refund if insurance was optioned/included in your order.
We accept payment via Paypal and money order

If payment is not received within 10 days of sale and with no communication from the buyer, the order will be canceled.

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service.

If your item doesn't qualify for our included insurance, it is available on any item for $1.75 Make sure to message us before purchasing to arrange insurance.

Items will ship as soon as possible after payment is made/cleared.

Larger items will need to be crated for safe shipment, expect a one or two day delay for construction.

Shipping prices within the USA include delivery confirmation, (tracking) insurance will be included on orders totaling over $75. (before shipping costs)

A certificate of mailing will be included in the cost of international shipping.
Any applicable fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. (customs, duty, ect.)
