CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
In the event you wish to return an item, please note the following shop policies:
• any initial shipping charges are non-refundable and this includes items purchased with FREE SHIPPING or reduced shipping. Returns will be processed with the actual shipping cost subtracted from any refund.
• buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• to return an item, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery for instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery and shipped well-packed with tracking/insurance.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

CUSTOMS and IMPORT TAXES
For all orders being shipped outside of Canada, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Orders will be shipped to the Etsy address provided, unless another address is specified in the note to seller at time of purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm correct mailing address during purchase. If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failure to claim at destination by buyer, any additional return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
If the order needs to re-shipped it will be with an addition shipping cost and at the buyer's expense.

All payments are made through the Etsy payment system.
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
At time of purchase, please "Confirm" your shipping address to avoid any delays.

Once payment is received, I do my best to promptly package and ship the same or next business day using Canada Post.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you request.
I now offer FREE SHIPPING for most items to the USA and reduced shipping to other countries.
FREE SHIPPING uses the least expensive option available for the size and weight of parcel.
SHIPPING UPGRADES with tracking/insurance are available on any order upon request.
Shipping information specific to each item is included in the listing description.
If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders after parcel label has been scanned into the postal system.
• BASIC SHIPPING & Estimated Shipping Times:
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Canadian orders are shipped Expedited Parcel (tracking and insurance), usually 3-8 business days
USA orders are shipped Small Packet Air (no tracking or insurance) when possible or Expedited Parcel with (tracking and insurance), usually 4-10 business days
International orders are shipped when possible using Small Packet International Surface mail (no tracking or insurance) or Surface Parcel (tracking and insurance) for larger parcels over the 2 kg limit.
Europe: usually 6-10 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: usually 8-12 weeks
Asia Pacific: usually 8-12 weeks
If faster shipping and/or insurance is required, please contact me to arrange a shipping upgrade.
• DUTIES & CUSTOMS
For all orders being shipped outside of Canada, the buyer is responsible for any payments of duties and customs fees.
